Accessibility statement

Yoel Real Estate works to improve accessibility of its service website in Israel so that people with disabilities can also obtain information and arrange photography.

Website adjustments

• Heading structure, form labels and a skip-to-content link.
• Keyboard navigation through links and forms with visible focus indicators.
• Alternative image text and layouts adapted to smaller screens and zoom.
• Services appear in a visible grid without automatic scrolling. Videos have playback controls. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
• Direct phone and WhatsApp contact without having to use the form.

External content and known limitations

The 3D tour is provided by Matterport. Some 3D views and tools may be difficult to use with a screen reader or keyboard alone. Contact Yoel for an explanation of the property and service by phone or in writing.

Adjustments have been checked practically, but a full professional accessibility audit under Israeli Standard IS 5568 at AA level has not yet been completed. This statement will be updated following the audit; it is not a certification of full compliance.

Service is carried out at the client’s property by appointment. Access requirements and adjustments during photography can be arranged in advance.
