Privacy policy

Information retained and its purpose

The contact form asks only for a name and phone number. Email and the property address are optional. Your role, floor area, preferred date and notes are additional details; the enquiry language is also stored. This information is used to process the enquiry, assess feasibility, arrange the service and prepare a quotation. No bank or card details are required.

The enquiry is stored with an internal reference and submission time. Previous quotation requests may also include property details and the estimate sent. Submitting the form does not consent to marketing emails. An optional checkbox, unchecked by default, lets you request offers and news by email; an email address is then required. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in notes.

Storage and access

If you arrive through an advertising link, source and campaign labels (UTM) are stored with the enquiry. Other personal URL parameters are not retained. Enquiries are also synchronised to a private Google Sheet and processed by our Oracle server for service follow-up. The website runs on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in private Supabase storage and are not publicly accessible files. Access is intended for the business operator and infrastructure providers solely to provide the service. Resend may send operational messages when email is configured. These providers may process information outside Israel.

To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of the network address and the request time are stored, without the raw network address in the enquiry record. The hosting provider may retain operational logs; we do not deliberately add contact details or property addresses to public logs.

Images and tours

The owner’s or authorised representative’s permission is required before photography and publication. Remove documents and personal details from scanned areas and arrange occupants’ privacy. Images and tour links are published as part of the service according to approval; portfolio use requires separate permission. Property images on service pages come from the tour supplied by the operator. The floor view is a model capture, not a certified survey.

Cookies and external services

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may load automatically for visits from Israel. Elsewhere, or when the region is unknown, they stay off without an explicit choice to enable tracking. They measure visits, advertising, phone and WhatsApp clicks and completed form submissions; they may use cookies and receive technical connection information. Form contact details and contents are not sent to these tools. The footer link allows you to disable or enable tracking. Previously saved refusals and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Google and Meta may process this data outside Israel. Under the same tracking preferences, our private CRM also records page views, click categories, source, campaign labels, language and device category. A random browser session identifier may link a submitted enquiry to these events. This measurement does not include contact details, form content or raw network addresses.

The embedded tour loads through Matterport as you scroll near it. This external service receives connection information necessary to display the tour and applies its own privacy policy. You can also open the tour on Matterport. The internal application uses sign-in and preference cookies.

Retention, access and correction

Information is retained to handle the request, provide ongoing service and meet the business’s record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form or details below. Requests are assessed under applicable law, identification of the requester and required record retention. Information no longer needed is removed during the operator’s retention review.

Providing form details is voluntary; without the necessary contact details, a quotation request cannot be handled.
