Terms of service

This page outlines the service. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The final quotation identifies the provider, deliverables, date, price and booking terms, and requires approval before work begins. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Package and additional services

The package costs 999 ILS + VAT (1,179 ILS including VAT, rounded to the nearest shekel) and includes interior photography and scanning up to 150 m², a 3D tour, the room layout from the property report, scan-derived photos and videos, interactive information tags, a description in Hebrew and one additional language, a link, QR code, embed code and 12 months of hosting. Views and measurement tools depend on platform availability.

Included images are extracted from the Matterport Pro3 capture. Plans and measurements are for illustration and marketing, not certified surveying. Do not rely on them for planning, permits, construction or legal determinations without professional verification.

Included photos and videos come from the captured imagery and 3D model. Drone photos and digital furniture removal are quoted separately. Publishing business panoramas to Google Maps and Street View is offered on a separate quote, subject to location eligibility and Google’s terms. Professional floor plans and CAD, BIM/Revit, E57 and MatterPak files are purchased separately, excluded from the package price and offered at an extra charge through a separate quote for approval. Properties above 150 m² and complex projects receive a personalised quotation. The service covers the listed cities and all of Israel. A travel supplement may apply, including in those cities; it is specified in the quotation and agreed in advance.

Arrangements and payment

A quotation and appointment are confirmed after checking address, access, availability and feasibility. A 50% deposit is required only after booking approval; the remaining 50% is due after scanning and before delivery or final publication. Payment is by bank transfer or Bit.

Photography, privacy and drones

The owner’s or authorised representative’s approval is required for photography and publication. Prepare the property, conceal documents, personal details and information not intended for publication, and arrange occupants’ presence and privacy. Drone photography depends on the address, permits, safety and weather. Requesting a drone does not guarantee a flight.

Virtual furniture removal with Defurnish will be labelled as illustration only. Walls, windows, floor area or the real view must not be misleadingly altered. Property photographs and tours are not used in the portfolio without separate approval.

Delivery and corrections

Tours are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of photography, subject to processing and availability. Additional Matterport deliverables have delivery times agreed in the quote. Delivery within 24 hours requires explicit approval. The binding deadline is specified in the final quotation.

An error in base-package deliverables is corrected without charge. Preference or content changes beyond the approved scope may incur a charge, only after agreement.

Rescheduling and cancellation

A rescheduling or cancellation fee of 295 ILS including VAT may apply with less than 24 hours’ notice, only if disclosed and approved beforehand and subject to applicable law and cancellation rights. The exact conditions are specified in the final quotation.

Hosting and transfer

Tour hosting is included for 12 months from activation. Renewal is available on quotation. An archived tour is no longer public after hosting ends; arrange renewal in advance.
