Your questions

Which file formats are available?

DWG and DXF for AutoCAD, RVT and IFC for Revit / BIM, E57, XYZ and RCS point clouds, and an OBJ model with MTL files. Plans and images are available in PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG. Conversion to PTS or PLY can be arranged on request. Formats and levels of detail are agreed in the quote.

How accurate is the scan?

According to Matterport, the LiDAR sensor has an accuracy of approximately ±20 mm at 10 metres. The data supports design, documentation and existing-condition review; achieved accuracy depends on capture conditions and the requested output.

Does this replace a licensed surveyor?

No. Scanning supports design, interior work and documentation, but does not replace an official survey for property taxes, land registration or permits.

How does payment work?

50% deposit after accepting the quote, 50% after the scan and before delivery. Payment by bank transfer or Bit.

Can you scan an active construction site?

Yes, with safe working conditions and access arranged in advance. Capture visible installations before walls and ceilings are closed. Further visits can document subsequent project stages.

When will the files be ready?

The tour is usually ready within 48 hours. Professional files, such as drawings and Revit models, depend on the file type and building size. The specific timeline is confirmed in the quote.

How is the quote calculated?

The quote depends on project size and the files required. Leave your details for a tailored proposal.
